  David Klann practices law exclusively in the area of consumer bankruptcy. Mr. Klann received his B.S. in Education from Mississippi College, where he met and married his wife, Renee Hoffpauir-Klann, a native of Reeves, LA. Mr. Klann received his Juris Doctorate from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, LA. Prior to law school, Mr. Klann worked for United Parcel Service as a delivery driver serving the North Lake Charles area for 10 years. Following graduation from law school, Mr. Klann served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judges of the 30th Judicial District Court. Mr. Klann is admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Louisiana and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Louisiana. Mr. Klann and his firm is devoted to serving his clients in a professional, diligent, and compassionate manner in their time of need. 

Michael joined the firm in 2009 and has over 15 years' experience as a bankruptcy paralegal. He is a graduate of Anacoco High School and received a criminal justice degree from Northwestern State University. Michael's specialty is helping clients in the pre-filing process, managing the day-to-day operations of the office, and assisting clients with maintenance on their case. In his spare time, Michael enjoys riding ATVs, shooting guns, and keeping up with the latest politics. In addition to working for the firm, Michael has previously served his community as a police officer for the Leesville and Anacoco Police Departments.
